This is an excellent small town kitzchy diner. The food was fantastic. The homemade tortilla soup was better than most that I've had. The mexi-spud was more than a full meal. Cady was our waitress, and took excellent care of us. I'll be back next time I'm in the area, for certain.
I've been here several times while visiting my kids attending WTAMU. Excellent Food in general! We've tried several entrees, and never been disappointed. They have excellent chicken fried chicken/ fried chicken sandwiches! The service varies on how busy it is, and the experience of the waitstaff, but always professional. Food is always hot and fresh! The decor is spectacular and makes you happy to come again and again, to explore it more!
My husband and I moved to Canyon a few months ago. This was our first time here. The food is outstanding. The portion sizes are huge. The price was great. We spent less than we have elsewhere and the food was better than other places we have tried. The service was phenomenal. The atmosphere is warm and family friendly. We can't wait to come back. This is our new go to place.
My wife & daughter & I visited here for the first time yesterday and Alyssa was our waitress. She is amazing and very helpful. The atmosphere is killer! Loved it! Love the train circling above in the restaurant! What a very cool feature in the restaurant & the little single engine airplane hanging from the ceiling. The food was SO very good! Really enjoyed our visit here and hope to come back one day while traveling through Amarillo:)
A fun place for all. Trains above your head traveling throughout the restaurant. Lot of memorabilia to see. Our waiter was the best. We both had the fettuccine. My husband had the chicken with no spices that would make it spicy hot. I had the shrimp fettuccine with the spices added. It really was not spicy hot at all. Both were excellent and did I mention the portions were Huge. I had a wonderful tasting Ceaser salad. The menu has lots of selections. Pasta, soups, salmon, steaks, hamburgers, appetizers, and much much more. Restaurant is clean. Plenty of parking in the lot or street. Enjoy
We ordered take out for an early dinner tonight. The portions were massive! Also, the fish was delicious! All the food was well seasoned and cooked accurately. My parents also really enjoyed their meals; mom is picky. Ordering was simple, the hostess was quick and kind, and the meal was reasonably priced. We will definitely be back to Feldmans!
Great food and fun atmosphere. Our waiter was very attentive and personable. Ordered the grilled chicken salad and it was loaded with grilled chicken strips. It was delicious. We will certainly be back. Highly recommend!

If you’re out in Canyon, this is exactly where you want to be. Feldman’s Wrong Way Diner has that small town Texas charm you hope for but don’t always find. Easy, welcoming, and just good food done right. We both had the manager’s special and it was perfect. A little bit of everything, all of it fresh, flavorful, and comforting in the best way. The kind of meal you don’t rush through. Out on the Caprock, this place just fits. We’ll be back.
